Shipping Policy

We ship all our orders through Canada Post. We ship all orders the same day or next day, excluding Saturday and Sunday, and Holidays. Sometimes we run out of products and your order will be delayed slightly, but we will absolutely get it out as fast as we can.

All our Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited for arrival within 3-5 days. The post office does not guarantee on-time delivery, but it usually gets there within 3-5 days. 

We ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping rates and information, please email us through the contact us page. The shipping times vary due to distance and customs. Most US orders take about 7-10 days for delivery. Orders to the UK and Europe usually take from 7-14 days. Orders to all other locations, including Australia, usually take longer than 10 days to arrive.

Return Policy

For all Natural Solution products, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If, after your first 3 months of use, you are not satisfied, return any unused product for a full refund for all Natural Solution products including the original shipping.

For any other hot tub support products on this site, we offer a 100% guarantee against any defect. Once they are opened, we do not accept returns or give refunds for these products, because you can continue to use them, no matter what water treatment system you use.
